Rehearsal blues
During an orchestra rehearsal, a violin bow falls to the ground. It is cracked and can no longer be played on. ERGO indemnifies the loss, paying for both the repair and the loss in value.
Cello on the run
Despite secure storage, a precious cello is stolen from the rehearsal room on a concert tour. All efforts to retrieve it are in vain, the thief remains at large and the cello lost. ERGO indemnifies the loss.
Double trouble
On the way to the concert hall, a musician is involved in a car accident – and luckily, only slightly injured. Unfortunately, the bell of his tuba is badly damaged in the accident – even though it was in its instrument case. The instrument is damaged irreparably – ERGO pays out the agreed amount insured.
